Aussie Kids - Royal Flying Doctors

Posted in Flying High by Neroli Gilmour on June 22nd, 2007

Welcome to the final Aussie Kids, Flying High episode. These 4 episodes were developed as part of our school’s Home Group program. Within this program, students are placed within groups of varying abilities and skills. Why not check out our school website for further details. Students who may have concerns in producing work in a written format are encouraged to try this new verbal medium, many of them with tremendous success and great enthusiasm.

Within this final episode students are talking about The Royal Flying Doctors Service (RDFS) which was established in Australia by John Flynn. A unique medical and transport service for Australia. But where did it all start?

Check out the final episode in the Aussie Kids, Flying High - a look into Australian aviation.
